Our one-to-one support provides personalised assistance for children and young people who may find it difficult to engage with mainstream education.
We work closely with schools and families to provide tailored support that helps students build confidence, develop positive learning habits and overcome barriers that may affect their progress.
Support can take place within the classroom or outside the classroom, depending on the needs of the individual and the most suitable environment for learning.
Our sessions are designed to help students feel supported, encouraged and more confident in their abilities.
How We Support Students
Our one-to-one sessions may focus on:
• Building confidence and self-esteem
• Supporting engagement with learning
• Improving focus and motivation
• Developing communication and social skills
• Encouraging positive behaviour and resilience
• Providing emotional support and guidance
Each session is adapted to meet the individual needs of the student.
Who This Support Is For
Our one-to-one support is designed for children and young people who may benefit from additional guidance, encouragement and personalised support within their learning environment.
This support may be particularly beneficial for students who:
• Struggle to engage with mainstream education
• Have Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as ADHD, Autism, or other additional learning needs
• Experience anxiety or low confidence within school settings
• Find it difficult to focus, regulate emotions or remain engaged in lessons
• Require additional encouragement to develop confidence and independence
• Benefit from personalised support to help them succeed in their learning environment
Our aim is to provide a calm, supportive and understanding environment where every child feels valued and supported in reaching their potential.
Working With Schools and SENCOs
We work closely with schools, SENCOs (Special Educational Needs Coordinators) and teaching staff to ensure the support provided aligns with each student’s individual needs and educational goals.
Our approach focuses on creating a supportive and consistent environment where students feel understood, encouraged and able to develop the skills they need to succeed.
By working collaboratively with school staff, we aim to complement existing support strategies and contribute positively to each student’s progress and wellbeing.
