Create Pathways CIC is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We believe that every child has the right to feel safe, supported and protected from harm.

Safer Recruitment
Create Pathways CIC follows safer recruitment practices to ensure that individuals working with children are suitable to do so.

Create Pathways CIC works closely with schools, families and community organisations to ensure that children and young people are supported in safe and positive environments.
We aim to maintain clear communication with partners and follow safeguarding procedures when delivering activities in school or community settings.
